Mike Farrell
The Godfather of RecruitingH
igh school football recruiting is slowly dying with the emergence of the transfer portal and mandated roster reduction across college. And the portal’s popularity has led to many kids being stuck in there without options. We can help solve both issues.
For high school football players under the radar, you need exposure. My program pushes your film out again and again to hundreds of thousands of followers across all of our platforms and most importantly to more than 2,000 college football coaches.
Push your film out again and again to hundreds of thousands of followers.
Across all of our platforms and most importantly to more than 2,000 college football coaches. Every college from D3 all the way to the Power Four has someone following me and they could notice your film.
Mike didn’t promise me anything other than to be patient and let his process of exposure for Kase work, and in time he felt strongly that Kase was definitely good enough for great things to happen with his help. Well, it happened just as he said. With Mike’s help, Kase’s exposure went up, his video views went up, his followers went up, but most importantly his calls, texts and DM’s started to go up. Within five months Kase got his first offer, and then from there the offers kept coming. Among all the different avenues and paths you could take to help your sons’ recruiting, Mike’s path is proven and it’s the best money you’ll spend out of all of them. He gets the job done!

As a parent who wanted to do everything I could to support my son’s recruiting journey, I highly recommend Mike’s exposure program. My son plays for an amazing high school program with outstanding coaches, a strong recruiting process already in place, and a very supportive school administration, but we still felt we needed to increase his exposure. We started working with Mike in late March after being impressed with what he had done for other players.
From there, things really took off. My son picked up four additional offers and, most importantly, caught the eye of one of our top target schools. They made a committable, full scholarship offer in early May, we took the official visit, loved the program and staff, and he ultimately committed. The official offer letter came through on August 1.
Mike’s program was very helpful in getting us the final result we wanted, and I would absolutely recommend it to any parent looking to help their son get to the next level.

My son came to me about working with Mike Farrell in Dec of 2024. I did some research and spoke to some friends who also recommended him. By January , he had received his first offer. By May he had 25 D1 football offers where he shut down recruitment soon after when committing to Northwestern. We are very grateful we made the move to sign up with Mike!

Working with Mike Farrell on behalf of our son, a senior high school football player at the time, was one of the best experiences and choices we made. He was always professional, timely in his response time, and a very clear communicator. He told us not what we wanted to hear but about the process and held to his word when it came to pushing film that was provided out to a multitude of coaches. The exposure my son gained from Mikes work was well worth it, he is detailed in pointing out your kids strengths and highlighting the key plays on their film that coaches are looking for in a solid player. Thanks for your support Mike!

Mike helped my son to get recognition with several schools after we started partnering with him in the beginning of his senior season. Mike saw his film and realized that he was flying way under the radar.
He ended up in a great situation, signing with a D1 team.
My only regret is that we didn’t start working with him sooner.
Mike Harrison, father of DE Gavin Harrison, Old Dominion
After a devastating knee injury at the start of football season his junior year our son missed the peak in-season recruiting activity and was only cleared for contact just in time for camp before his senior year. At that point, without junior film, he had just a few D3 offers in spite of having a ton of promise and D1 size and skill. We contacted Mike Farrell toward the end of our son’s senior seaon with fresh film and asked for help with exposure and promotion. Mike was great at amplifying our son’s social media posts and was able to leverage his own network to push the highlight film to some of our top D1 and D2 schools. Mike’s effort greatly helped our son make up ground in a recruiting class that he was very far behind due to injury. Over the course of the next four months he received multiple D1 and D2 offers for different positions on offense and defense at each division. Ultimately, our son enthusiastically committed to an offer to play Defensive End at a Sun Belt Conference school. This opportunity seems unlikely to have come about without Mike’s assistance along the way.
Bret Berman, father of TE Leo Berman, Keiser football
Mike Farrell is very well connected to college coaches across the country and aggressively does exactly what he says he will. He got some eyes on our son’s film from programs that might not have been previously recruiting him, which is really all you can ask. Mike helped expand his exposure, building on existing P4 offers on the east coast to become a national recruit.
Curt Owens, father of TE Brady Owens
When we started with Mike, my son wasn’t getting the attention he had earned and deserved mostly because of his 6’1/2” height as a QB even though he was considered one of the top QBs in NC and we felt stuck in the recruiting process. Through Mike’s exposure with coaches they finally began to notice him, and opportunities started coming our way. By the end, my son had options we never thought possible and the chance to pick the right school for him at Temple University that has an offense that fits his skill set. Mike’s program made a difference.
